If, after receiving the goods, you discover any technical flaws such as:
- wrong size,
- wrong frame,
- wrong material,
- a part of the order is missing,
inform us by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If it is possible, attach photos of the flaw to the email.
If your claim is accepted, we will ship the right product or return the money.
CLAIMS REGARDING DAMAGE TO THE GOODS DURING TRANSPORT
Claims regarding damage to the goods during transport will be processed only if the customer fills in a shipping damage report when receiving the package.
If you notice any damage to the package, open it in the presence of the courier and fill in the report together with them. Then, email the report to email@example.com together with a photo of the damage.
After receiving the abovementioned information, we will ship new, fully valuable product at our own expense.

All my items are made to order but I really want to offer you piece of mind and good service. If for any reason you decide you don’t want your item, even if you’ve simply changed your mind, send your unused item back for a refund. Refund does not include shipping and does not apply to custom orders.
Remember that the returned product cannot be damaged nor used in any way. Send us the product in the original packaging and make sure to include all the elements. Make sure that the package is properly secured.
After meeting all the abovementioned requirements, you will receive the refund within 10 days from us receiving the package.
